Christopher Peter Meloni has been an acclaimed American actor for a number of years. He is most famous for his roles was in "Law and Ordinance Special Victims Unit". From the time he was at college Christopher Meloni has always been interested in the acting world. He pursued a degree in acting at University of Colorado at Boulder. His characters in television have earned him plenty of popularity. He's been able to effortlessly play roles of characters from both sides of the law and grab the audience's interest. He played the part of a serial murderer in his first television series project but later went on to take on the role of an NYPD detective. In recognition of his performance in the small screen, he's been up for nomination numerous times for the prestigious Emmy Awards. The most striking of his facial traits is believed to have been the piercing blue eyes which have been instrumental in his portrayal of characters that appear rough and fascinating. He was featured in 2006 when he was featured in the People's magazine's Sexiest Men Alive list.
